We Have a Vision
To see the nation of Canada transformed by the presence of Christ in the life of people, by making disciples of Jesus Christ and serving leaders across our country.
Outreach Canada is a family of ministries working together to accelerate the fulfilling of the Great Commission in Canada. Jesus instructed his followers to make disciples of all nations. Today, we recognize that cross-cultural missions, once understood as focused on foreign nations, has become a local reality. Immigration has brought the mission field to our doorstep.
Our team of missionaries and volunteers have identified unique doorways of opportunity for followers of Jesus to share the gospel. Our chaplains step into the marketplace and demonstrate love and compassionate care for people who are hurting. Our diaspora team has identified many opportunities for engagement and discipleship through established churches and among new Canadians. Other teams continue to identify strategic opportunities to present Christ and his message of salvation to people who are ready to listen. As you explore our website, you will see a variety of unique ministries that make up Outreach Canada. Each ministry has a specific focus, but they are united in our desire to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
We are growing to reflect more of the diversity of Canada’s mosaic population. We engage with a variety of people groups, cultures, and languages. We are here to serve the church, facilitate Christian discipleship, and strengthen Christian leaders. Each new door presents a new challenge and a new opportunity. We continue to step out in faith because every person matters.
