What is Outreach Canada?
We are a family of ministries working together to accelerate the fulfilling of the great commission. Our focus is on serving Christian leaders and discipling our nation.
I am often asked to describe what Outreach Canada is or what we do. We have five ministry teams: Church in Canada Team, Marketplace Ministry Team, Global Ministries Team, MORE Network Team, and our new Diaspora Ministries Team. Our teams are made up of over 110 missionary members, associates, and volunteers working across Canada and internationally.
Our Big Thing
So, you may ask, “What is Outreach Canada's big thing?”
As a team of Canadian missionaries, we help churches and individual Christians understand our times, our culture, and our context so they can adapt to the changing needs of society while staying true to their commitment to God. When Jesus was asked, he said that there are two big things: “Love the Lord your God" and "Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-39) We extend the hospitality and mission of God by being good and loving neighbors, from this foundation we introduce Canadians to Jesus and His love for us. We pray that God will open doorways for us to share the gospel, God’s message of love, grace, forgiveness and peace through Jesus Christ.

Our vision is to see lives transformed by the presence of Jesus Christ. By being good and loving neighbors, we introduce Canadians to Jesus and His love for us.
Our strategy is to recognize critical needs and opportunities in our society and respond in ways that are innovative and appropriate. Our ability to rally the Christian community, including churches, ministries and individuals, is key to facilitating cooperative solutions.
