What is the First Switch Internship?

This internship with OC is a six-month experience designed to help young people grow in their relationships with the Lord and to develop tools and gain experience in making disciples. The First Switch is an online course, with a two week intensive. Interns will be taught and coached by OC workers with years of experience in both Spiritual Formation and DISCIPLE MAKING MOVEMENTS (DMM). Take a season of your life to allow God to “flip a switch” in your heart while also using you to “flip a switch” in others. The time is now.
