The Canadian Workforce has been facing unparalleled challenges as the mental health crisis is on the rise accounting for 33% of Workplace injury claims and every solution thrown at it is failing with Employee and Family Assistance Plans implemented across most Canadian workplaces but only used by an average of 11% of the workforce. Given the global upheaval over the past 3 years; job loss or changes, isolation, societal stress, inflation and economic uncertainty, the Canadian Workplace is in a crisis.
For the past 20 years, Corporate Chaplains Canada has been developing and refining their approach to addressing these issues in the lives of people in the workplace, with proven success. We want to expand our ground-breaking and effective service to more workplaces. We are up to the challenge and invite you to join us in bringing reprieve, healing and hope to workers across Canada. The Canadian workplace is evolving with a transition to the millennial workforce and increased composition of immigrant workers and so we are evolving to continue to the meet the needs of workers across Canada.
