Pete Nichols

Pete Nichols serves as a MissionPREP Educational Facilitator with the MORE Network, supporting the delivery and development of MissionPrep's educational programs. His role includes facilitating training and developing educational resources.

Pete has worked for sixteen years in intercultural missions in North and South America. He holds a bachelor's degree in intercultural ministries and a master's degree in nonprofit management. His education and experience have given him valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges of cross-cultural work.

Pete is passionate about this work because he believes intercultural workers thrive best when they have intentional support every step of the way. He appreciates that the MORE Network directly equips and walks alongside people through key pivotal shifts, setting them up for lasting, meaningful success.

Outside of work, Pete enjoys spending time with his family, especially traveling together to new locations.
