If you’re involved in supporting cross-cultural workers, whether as a member care professional, pastor, missionary, or mission team member, knowing how and why to debrief is essential. Debriefing 101 is for Member Care Providers, Mission Committees, Pastors and Missionaries/Cross Cultural Workers.
What to expect:
Debriefing 101 is a workshop which is interactive, experiential and skill-building, with the objective that each person attending will know the why and how of debriefing cross cultural workers.
