As Operations Lead, Vicki is committed to enhancing efficiency and clarity by streamlining communication and administrative processes across OC.
With over 20 years of experience serving in Christian charities, Vicki has held a variety of roles—from administrative support in Finance and HR to leading the implementation of new systems, processes and procedures. She’s had the privilege of participating in numerous short-term mission trips across Asia, Europe, and South America, and has also lived overseas in Spain and Ecuador as a missionary. These experiences have given Vicki a deep understanding of the unique challenges missionaries face—including the often-overlooked struggle of navigating paperwork and administrative tasks in cross-cultural settings.
Vicki’s passion lies in making the administrative side of ministry as seamless and efficient as possible, so ministry teams can focus on what they do best. Vicki takes pride in turning dreaded paperwork into smooth, stress-free systems that actually make life easier.
Vicki absolutely loves to travel—exploring new cultures and languages is one of the most enriching parts of life for her. Her family is happiest outdoors, whether they are hiking, kayaking, biking, gardening, or just soaking up the sunshine.
And here’s a quirky twist: Vicki is a proud llama and alpaca superfan—yes, really! Fun fact: While most people break into a sweat at the sight of an Ikea manual, Vicki breaks into a happy dance—assembling flat-pack furniture is her idea of a good time!
