Global Projects
DMM Nepal and Beyond
In Nepal and East Asia, discipleship and church planting are growing, but the mindset and practices to multiply them are still rare. DMM Nepal and Beyond is changing that by sparking healthy, multiplying movements that reach communities far and wide.
Our focus:
- Equip national leaders to multiply disciples and churches across generations
- Strengthen local leadership, building movements that are sustainable and indigenous
- Connect practitioners, fostering collaboration across disciple-making and church planting
Since 2022, the impact has been remarkable:
- Streams of mini movements emerging nationwide
- National collaborative teams have been formed
- Hundreds of unreached people groups engaged
- Thousands of church leaders equipped to multiply and collaborate
- Tens of thousands have heard the Gospel
- Thousands becoming disciples and disciple-makers

Burundi
Outreach Canada’s focus in Burundi has been on equipping Christian leaders to enable the church in Burundi to fulfill its God-given mandate to see communities transformed for the glory of God. To fulfill that mandate we have three priority areas of impact:
- “Greater capacity” – providing leaders with skills to enable them to serve their communities.
- “Clearer thinking” – researching “best practices” in community development and sharing these insights with the church and Christian NGOs.
- “Deeper motivation” – gathering leaders for inspiration through workshops and conferences.
Globe UK – Digital Discipleship Training Project
Research indicates that 80-90% of new Church Planting Movements (CPMs) engaging previously unreached people groups are started from existing CPMs. Working with existing movement leaders is the most strategic approach to mobilizing the pioneers necessary to complete the Great Commission and engage the remaining 1,600 UUPGs.
Our project is currently working on a platform that combines asynchronous, just-in-time micro-learning with communal, cohort-based engagement with other practitioners and seasoned leaders. It offers modules shaped by cutting-edge research, feedback from mission agencies, and rooted in biblical disciple-making principles. The content is tailored to the felt needs of practitioners. The digital approach to equipping (1) maximizes the limited time of the few seasoned movement trainers, (2) is more cost-efficient than traditional on-site training, and (3) is infinitely scalable.
Collaborate to Saturate
The goal of Collaborate to Saturate is to establish an effective ongoing disciple-making/church planting roundtable in each nation, supported by regional collaborative gatherings.
