IMPACT is for Cross-cultural workers preparing to go to their field of assignment.
What to expect:
IMPACT is an intensive, two-week training designed for Christian workers preparing for long-term cross-cultural service (more than one year overseas).
IMPACT combines experiential learning and formal instruction to equip singles, couples, and families to navigate the profound paradox of cross-cultural living. We believe the best preparation happens in community, and our unique program structure ensures every member of your family is included. We teach the essential spiritual, personal, interpersonal, and cultural skills required for both the enjoyment and the endurance challenge of missionary life.
