3-DAY BASIC TRAINING
The 3-day basic is designed to give a foundational understanding of intentional interim ministry. It provides the mindset and methodology required to facilitate a transition between pastors.

COURSE FACILITATORS
Cam Taylor - leadership coach, author, director of the Transitional Leadership Ministry, on staff with Outreach Canada.
Hugh Fraser - experienced transitional pastor and coach having worked with over 18 churches in transition.
1-DAY ADVANCED TRAINING
The 1-day advanced training is for current transitional pastors and for those who have completed the 3-day basic training.
The purpose is to deepen and further develop the skills and competency of transitional pastors and leaders.
TOPICS COVERED IN THE 1-DAY ADVANCED
Topics include: tips and tools for effective facilitation, how to work with ineffective, toxic or dysfunctional leadership, designing the transition for success.
In addition to these topics, we will be asking those attending to give us your toughest challenges and places where you'd like to explore deeper learning.
