Presenters
Balbir Sheena is a church planter and pastor of Punjabi Masihi Church in Surrey B.C. He is a Sikh background Christ follower who ministers in S. Asia, Canada and U.S.A.
Don Klaassen is a Church Mission Coach with Outreach Canada. Don helps churches mobilize cross culturally with a focus on outreach to South Asian Canadians and Indigenous people.
Schedule
- 9:00 A.M. - Registration and refreshments
- 9:30 A.M. - Understanding the challenges and breaking down the barriers with
- adherents of Sikhism who have roots in S.E. Asia
- 12:00 A.M. - Delicious lunch and fellowship for all registrants
- 1:30 P.M. - Practical tools and skills needed for effective outreach
- 2:30 P.M. - Plan of action and commissioning prayer
*** An optional visit to a Sikh temple with discussion to follow is planned for Sunday November 3rd from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M.
Cost
$25 per person for paid registration received by Sunday October 27
$30 per person for registration received after October 27
